Rider,William Albert - Flight Lieutenant - Pilot (1941)

Flight Lieutenant Rider (Service # C852) was from 
LondonON and was k
illed 22 May 1941
 at age 30.   He was the son of William and Ida Rider and the husband of Grace McCreery Rider, of Belleville, Ontario, Canada.  He held a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, London. 
 
He is commemorated on Page 42 of the Second World War Book of Remembrance.




F/L Rider was killed in a Tomahawk aircraft flying accident during an attempted forced landing near Glamorgan,Wales.
